1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolveIn10.com ("the Site"), downloading guides, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

SolveIn10 provides:

• Free Guides: One free downloadable PDF guide available to anyone
• Single Guide Purchases: Individual PDF guides available for $7 each
• Premium Membership: Subscription access to 50+ guides and new content for $19/month

3. Account & Membership

Creating an Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use SolveIn10
• One account per person

Premium Membership

• Charged monthly at $19/month
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel
• Access to all current and future guides while active
• Cancel anytime - no contracts or cancellation fees
• Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

4. Payments & Billing

Payment Processing

• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• We don't store your credit card information
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases

Subscription Billing

• Premium memberships renew automatically each month
• You'll be charged on the same day each month
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Refund Policy

Single Guide Purchases ($7)

• No refunds after the guide has been downloaded
• If there's a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours for assistance or refund

Premium Membership ($19/month)

• Refunds available within 7 days of first charge if you haven't downloaded more than 3 guides
• No refunds for renewal charges (cancel before renewal date to avoid charges)
• Cancel anytime to stop future charges

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order details. We'll process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

6. License to Use Content

What You CAN Do

• Download guides for personal, non-commercial use
• Print guides for your own use
• Keep guides forever (even after canceling Premium)

What You CANNOT Do

• Share, redistribute, or resell our guides
• Post guides publicly online or on file-sharing sites
• Use guides for commercial purposes
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or attribution notices
• Share your Premium account with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SolveIn10, including guides, text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by SolveIn10 or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the content as specified in these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, breach, or circumvent our security
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Engage in fraudulent payment or refund schemes

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share or distribute our content illegally
• Abuse our refund policy

You can cancel your account anytime by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SolveIn10 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We're not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or data loss

12. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SolveIn10 at any time. We may add, remove, or update guides. Premium members will continue to have access to available content during their subscription period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us:

• Contact Us First: Email [email protected] - we'll try to resolve it informally
• Informal Resolution: We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court
• No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where SolveIn10 is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
